The shock absorber assembly is mainly used to suppress the shock when the spring rebounds and the shock from the road surface, and is used to counter the torsional vibration of the crankshaft (that is, the phenomenon that the crankshaft is twisted by the impact force of the cylinder ignition).

In the suspension system, vibration is generated due to the impact of the elastic member. In order to improve the ride comfort of the vehicle, the damper is installed in parallel with the elastic element in the suspension, so as to attenuate the vibration, the hydraulic shock absorber is generally used in the shock absorption system, and the working principle thereof is adopted. When the frame (or the body) and the axle are relatively moved by the vibration, the piston in the damper moves up and down, and the oil in the damper chamber repeatedly flows from one cavity to the other through different apertures. Inside.

The structure of the shock absorber is that a piston rod with a piston is inserted into the cylinder, and the cylinder is filled with oil. The piston has an orifice so that the oil in the two parts of the space separated by the piston can complement each other. Damping is produced when the viscous oil passes through the orifice. The smaller the orifice, the greater the damping force, the greater the viscosity of the oil and the greater the damping force. If the size of the orifice is constant, when the damper works at a high speed, the damping will affect the absorption of the impact.
